I've used Cozy Home Services twice this year. In the winter when a pipe froze and again recently to service our AC unit. Both times we have been very satisfied. They are professional, courteous, and do not try to push for the expensive fix or replacement (also explain things in easy to understand terms which is nice!). They provide options, pros & cons for each, and allow the homeowner to make the ultimate decision. Great company, would recommend to anyone in the area.
